● If The Anti Anxiety Club has received your Personal Information in the United States and subsequently transfers that information to a third-party agent or service provider for processing, The Anti Anxiety Club shall remain responsible for ensuring that such third party agent or service provider processes your Personal Information under the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and GDPR standards (see the sections below headed “Additional Information for Users in the European Economic Area (“EEA”)” and “International Data Transfers”). Unless we tell you differently and you consent, our agents do not have any right to use the Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us.

How do we store your data?
The Anti Anxiety Club protects Personal Information against unauthorized access. We have appropriate technical, organizational and administrative security measures in place to protect any information we hold in our records from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Personal Information shall be protected by security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. The Anti Anxiety Club securely stores your data only on remote servers with the following providers; Squarespace, Google Analytics, Google Suite, YourHosting.
However, no company or service can guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time. Among other practices, your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer or device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.
The Anti Anxiety Club will keep your personal data for up to 5 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete inactive data by removing old data from our mailing lists hosted securely by Squarespace.
Marketing
The Anti Anxiety Club would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. You have the right at any time to stop The Anti Anxiety Club from contacting you for marketing purposes.
